If you have tried many things, the most useful step is to separate what you want to see (a fuller look) from what you want to change (the scalp routine), and to measure both with matched photos. Simulation & Stimulation gives a visible change on the day; nothing ethical can promise to undo genetics.
Why so many things seem not to work
Hair grows slowly and in cycles, so many products are judged too early. Others are used inconsistently, or the photos used to judge them were taken in different light.
Some causes of thinning need a doctor, not a cosmetic service. If you have never had a check-up for iron or thyroid, it is worth doing.
What realistic looks like
A realistic goal is something you can see and check: the parting looks less visible in daylight, or the crown shows less under office lights. A vague goal like "my old hair back" makes every option feel like a failure.
Reviews of hair-loss treatments show that results differ widely from person to person. We say the same about our services.
How we help you decide
At the scalp check we show you magnified images, explain what we see, and tell you clearly if we think a service is not right for you. You get the full price before anything starts.
You can take the information home and decide later. There is no pressure to book on the day.
Questions
Will Simulation & Stimulation work if nothing else has?
It works differently: it changes the look on the day. We will tell you honestly if we think it does not suit your situation.
Should I stop everything I'm using now?
Tell us what you use and we will discuss it. Do not stop a doctor's prescription without speaking to your doctor.

These studies looked at ingredients or general approaches. None of them tested our treatments or products, so they are background, not proof.
