Dr Steven lost his own hair to family genetics. Like many of the people who now walk into our centres, he tried treatment after treatment, and many of them simply didn’t suit him. He knows what it feels like to check the mirror, to avoid photos, and to wonder whether anything will make a difference.

That search led him to develop Simulation & Stimulation: one treatment that changes how your hair looks on the day, and also takes care of the scalp underneath. “Now I have my hair back,” is how he puts it.

Every visit starts with a scalp check. Dr Steven and his team look at your scalp magnified, explain what they see in plain words, in English, 中文 or Bahasa Melayu, and only then suggest a plan. You hear the full price before anything starts, and there is no obligation to go ahead.

Our centres offer cosmetic hair and scalp services. They are not medical clinics. If hair loss is sudden, patchy or painful, Dr Steven will tell you honestly to see a doctor first.
