Royal jelly is a bee product studied in early lab and animal research, and aloe vera is a plant widely used in traditional and skin care. Both are among Folli-Activ's 10 ingredients. Anyone with bee, pollen or honey allergies, or asthma, should avoid royal jelly products unless a doctor agrees.
Royal jelly
Early studies, mainly in animals. Allergy, including serious reactions, is possible in sensitive people.
Aloe vera
Reviewed for many traditional uses; taken by mouth it can upset the stomach in some people.
Questions
I'm allergic to honey. Can I take it?
Avoid it and ask a doctor.
Is the aloe the same as aloe gel?
