A maintenance visit is a shorter follow-up where we check your scalp, review your photos and refresh the look if needed. How often you come back depends on your hair, scalp and lifestyle. It is a suggestion, never an obligation, and the price is told to you before you book.
What happens at a maintenance visit
We look at your scalp under magnification, compare photos from your first session, and ask how your routine has been going.
If the look needs refreshing, we explain what we would do and the price first. If it does not, we tell you that too.
Who tends to come back more often
People who sweat a lot, swim often, wash with strong shampoos or spend long hours in the sun often notice the look changes sooner.
People with an oily scalp may also need reviews more often. We plan around what we see rather than a fixed schedule.
No lock-in
You are not signed into a package you cannot leave. If you prefer to space visits out, or stop, that is your choice.
We would rather you come back because it is useful than because you feel obliged.
Questions
How often do most people come back?
It varies by person. Your consultant suggests a timing after your first session and adjusts it at each review.
Is a maintenance visit the same price as the first session?
No, it is priced separately. You are told the price before you book.
