Tape, glue or clips: how hair systems are attached
Answer first

Most wearers use either medical-grade tape, a liquid adhesive, or a mix of both; clips suit people who want to take the system off daily. Tape is easy to remove and gentle for beginners, adhesives hold longer through heat and sweat, and your consultant will patch-test anything that touches the skin.

Tape

Pre-cut strips, quick to apply and remove, good for first-time wearers and sensitive skin.

Liquid adhesive

Stronger and longer hold for active people and hot weather. Needs proper removal with a remover.

Clips

Attach to your own hair; no adhesive on the skin. Best when there is enough hair around the area.
