Answer first
After a salon colour, bleach or perm, the scalp can be sensitive for a few days. Pause leave-on products such as Folli-Flux and minoxidil topicals for about two to three days, or until any stinging or redness has settled, then restart at the normal amount. Tell your stylist which products you use.
Before the appointment
Skip leave-ons the day before so the scalp is calm.
After
Restart when the scalp feels normal. Stop if you sting or itch.
Questions
Can colour fade from the serum?
A light serum on the scalp shouldn't affect colour much.
What if my scalp burns after colouring?
Rinse with cool water and see a doctor if severe.
