NPM only shares a client's photos, videos or words with that person's clear written consent, and the client can withdraw it at any time. We do not invent stories, edit results to look better, or pay for testimonials.
What we ask for
Before anything is shared, we explain where it will appear and ask for written permission. You can choose to hide your face or name.
Withdrawing consent
Message us and we will remove your material from our channels as soon as we can.
What we don't do
No made-up stories, no edited before-and-after photos and no paid reviews. Results vary between people.
Questions
Do I have to agree to photos?
No. Clinical progress photos for your file are separate from sharing.
Can I share my own story?
Of course; that is your choice.
